Our History

Moldoplástico is founded, assuming the role of a pioneer as the first mould company in Oliveira de Azeméis, laying the foundations for a reference industry in the region.

After the first years in modest facilities, the company takes a decisive step in its growth with the move to its first industrial pavilion.

Joluce

It was founded on August 27, 1971, by Joaquim Landeau and Lúcio Rodrigues, with the technical collaboration of César Guedes, a specialist in plastic injection, from the beginning.
The company was born with a well-defined strategic objective: to ensure the testing and validation of the moulds produced by Moldoplástico, guaranteeing their performance before delivery to the client.

An important technical milestone: the production of the first mould for bumpers, marking Moldoplástico`s entry into the competitive automotive sector.
